"This place. THIS PLACE! We were in a complete panic last autumn because our daughter was involved in a hit and run during a vacation trip to Hilton Head Island. We had never experienced anything like this, and had no idea how to even begin to navigate this ordeal period, let alone from a different state. Our previous agent had retired and we all had been distributed among different agents. Sadly the one we were assigned to didn’t help us, and when we would call they acted like we were bothering them. As if the incident wasn’t already bad enough. We’d learned the driver of the other car was more than likely under the influence of something per the witnesses, and while the ABP’s were put out to get the other driver responsible, we were trying navigate our daughters car that had to be towed there as well. Trying to talk to our agent was such an effort, it seemed for them to help us on what to do. I found Brad’s office by googling a State Farm agent close. We needed to switch and I needed a number to do it. We requested to be transferred to his office and they took our case. They took our case, and took over! What ended up taking almost 2 months to fix, would have not taken nearly as long if we’d had Henry from Brad’s office. He is the absolute best!
